Originaly hailing from Scotland, John Mason is an insanely passionate and highly skilled performer. His genre-bending style and rhythmic complexity is frequently compared to Dave Matthews Band, Incubus and John Mayer as well as more modern and percussive artists like Ben Howard and Fink.
John is relentless, from difficult beginings back in the UK he forged his way from survival to thrive. Playing surf shacks, bars, clubs, theatres, festivals and living rooms the world over, John's life became a storybook.

“The United Escapades of John Mason” is an eclectic and powerful album ranging from live intimate acoustic moments, to all out jam rock/rap feautring collaborations with LA based group ‘That Kid Is You’ and John's former rythem section from CAB. Set for release in 2026, this album continues John's dedicated tradition of crafting beautifully analogue records in high end vintage studios around the world.
